Revised Indexes: The scales and normative data used by Normative Express® were updated in early 2009. The update also created new industry group and demographic norms for the JDI and JIG, and establishes new norms for Trust in Management (TIM), Stress in General (SIG), and Intention to Quit (ITQ). The updated JDI and JIG norms, including industry group and demographic norms, will be available in Q2 of 2009. Indexes for TIM, SIG and ITQ will be released shortly thereafter.
