Revised Indexes: The scales and normative data used for job satisfaction surveys were updated by BGSU during 2009. The update includes revised response items (where applicable), new demographic norms, and also creates first-time industry group norms in key vertical markets. This array of performance benchmarks allows clients to select the scoring group that best matches their employees' perceptions and gain a more precise understanding of the results of their employee satisfaction surveys.
