Category comparisons provide organizations with additional information about their survey results, and allows them to see differences in how different sub-groups performed. Organizations are able to use this information to assist in the development of strategies targeted to those specific groups requiring intervention, develop new intervention programs, and to better understand how intervention programs have worked in the past. Normative Express® automatically reports category comparisons for both the normative based questions as well as any custom questions appearing on the survey.
Responses Across Time:
Survey response data is automatically saved for a period of 18 months from the launch date of a survey so that organizations may compare their survey results between subsequent administrations. Our reporting scorecard will automatically display the comparative findings. This provides important information on whether interventions to improve employee satisfaction (e.g., a new reward system, supervisor training programs, bonus plans, etc.) are working, or simply to see whether satisfaction levels are stable or changing.

Organizational Categories:
Using our scoring system, organizations can add questions to the survey relating to demographic, job level or other categories and define the different sub-groups within each category. For example, respondents can be asked about job tenure, gender, job type, or job location, with the scales set to the terminology and distinctions commonly used by the organization. Our scoring system will automatically analyze the response data and provide normative scoring reports for each of the defined sub-groups, showing differences among category results (such as managers are "more satisfied" than non-managers on the subject of pay).
