Sub-Group Breakdowns
Custom sub-groups allow you, the employer, to define the segments of your employees for comparison purposes. Examples include job location, wage classification, years with the company, managerial status, or any other sub-groups relevant to your organization. For example, an employer could have 10 different plant locations each of which can be examined for its performance in employee job satisfaction.
For reporting purposes, we would provide comparative analysis showing which sub-groups are performing best (or worst) in each of the five facets of the JDI and overall job satisfaction. Normative Express would also compute the scores for each location using the nationwide norms and/or the selected industry group norm.
