Data Collection
Normative Express® is primarily an online data collection system providing a comprehensive solution for job satisfaction measurement using normative scoring indexes. Online data collection is administered using the powerful survey hosting platform developed by Amplitude Research which includes fast page views, robust questionnaire development, and anonymous online surveying. Each project is assigned an experienced project manager skilled in all aspects of survey administration including the details of effective online data collection.
Normative Express® also provides alternative methods of data collection for those clients that cannot provide Internet access to their employees, do not have employee email addresses, or prefer using paper questionnaires. One option is full-service print, mail, and data entry services. Amplitude Research participates in the administration of over 1 million mail surveys each year. For those clients that prefer online data collection but do not have employee email addresses, we offer the option of a data file of unique login names and passwords for handout to employees via flyers, letters, or postcards. Employees can login online on their own or at employer PC stations with Internet connections.
